My core values are curiosity and care, and my ambition is that every workday should be either meaningful or fun – preferably both! Helping others to achieve their goals and realize their ideas makes me genuinely happy. The inspiration for the company’s name comes from the definition of the word significance (Merriam-Webster dictionary), and my initials:

significance implies a quality or character that should mark a thing as important but that is not self-evident and may or may not be recognized…
